What are Grandpa's Shirts? 
Grandpa’s Shirts is a slow fashion brand creating unique one of a kind shirting for you to enjoy. Shirts are made of pre-LOVED shirting that have been completely reworked into new creations making them one of a kind and unique.

Why are there not more sizes available of each shirt? 
Each shirt is completely one of a kind meaning there is no extra sizes per shirt. I can usually make similar things though so if there isn't something you want available use the custom order form to order a custom shirt. 

Why is everything sold out?
Due to the nature of items being one of one items can sell very quickly. 
If you see a shirt you like be sure to set reminders for the next ‘drop’. 
Drops happen once or twice every month. 
Keep up to date on socials and sign up to the newsletter for drop dates. 

How is my item posted? 
Your order will be posted within 2 working days. 
Orders are posted with Royal Mail. 
UK orders are posted Tracked 48. 
International orders are posted, tracked or signed for country dependent. 
Orders outside of the UK may be subject to taxes and custom duties. 
For USA orders customs are pre paid (price included in the shipping rate). 

Can I shop your shirts in person? 
Sign up to my newsletter for updates on latest pop-ups and market dates. 
I have some shirts with my stockists, see stockists page for more. 

How long will my custom item take to arrive? 
If you order something custom the product will be made and posted within two weeks.

Returns and Exchanges
Refunds are available on request within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note as a small business we cannot refund shipping costs. 
Email gaby@grandpasshirts.com to request your refund. 
If your item is custom made it cannot be refunded, however if you are not happy please contact on gaby@grandpasshirts.com. 


Repairs
We want you to LOVE your shirt for a long time meaning small repairs and amends can be made to your item free of charge. 
Please reach out to gaby@grandpasshirts.com to discuss this. 
Postage costs can not be covered. 
Repairs will be made and posted back to you within 2 weeks. 


Workshop FAQs 

I have booked into one of your workshops. What do I need to bring? 
If you have a specific shirt you want to up-cycle please bring this with you. 
If you do not bring your own shirt I will have a small selection of shirts for you to choose from. 
Everything else will be provided for you. 

I want to host my own workshop for a party or corporate event? 
Please get in touch with me here to arrange your workshop. 
Workshops can be hosted for up to 20 people. Workshops with over 10 people will have both me and a workshop assistant to ensure smooth running of the event. 
All materials will be provided including sewing machines. 
We only need tables and chairs plus a power supply to deliver the workshop. 
Workshops can be customised to suit the ability of the group, including children.
